It is owned and operated by NegrosOccidental.net Online Services and Internet Cafe (NegrosOccidental.net), a new company established on December, 2008 to cater the online negrenses and those who are planning to visit the province. NegrosOccidental.net offers online services, i.e. online ads, website/page design, etc. and also operates an internet cafe located in the heart of Bacolod City, the capital city of the Province.
